Col. Hicok of Shaw to participate in Commander's Brief to the Governor

COLUMBIA - Military commanders of South Carolina's eight military installations and Fort Eisenhower, Georgia, will provide updates to Gov. Henry McMaster and SCDVA Secretary Todd B. McCaffrey during the annual Commanders' Brief to the Governor in the Pastides Alumni Center in Columbia on Tuesday, Oct. 1, from 10 a.m. to noon.

Secretary Todd B. McCaffrey will lead the discussion with the following military installation leaders:

- Col. Kevin Hicok - Shaw Air Force Base;

- Maj. Gen. Daryl Hood - Fort Jackson;

- Maj. Gen.Jeff Jones - SC National Guard ;

- Maj. Gen. Ryan Janovic - Fort Eisenhower, Georgia;

- Brigadier Gen. Ahmed Williamson - Marine Corp Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island;

- Col. Jason Parker - Joint Base Charleston;

- Capt. Eric Jones - Coast Guard Sector Charleston;

- Col. Mark Bortnem - Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort; and

- Capt. Tracy Isaac - Beaufort Naval Hospital.
