Community honors teachers this week in Sumter School District

Tuesday, May 7, was recognized as National Teacher Appreciation Day, and schools across Sumter School District are honoring their teachers throughout the week with gift bags created by Sumter High Junior Civitans and Starfish Clubs, lunch from Bethesda Church of God, free coffee from Bullock Funeral Home at Roast N Roll and more.
