Ernestine Blanding Richardson, 67, wife of Eddie Richardson and daughter of the late Earl and Hattie Kershaw Blanding, was born on Oct. 6, 1952, in Sumter. She departed this life on Monday, Sept. 14, 2020, at her residence.
Due to the COVID-19 guidelines, the family will not be receiving friends at the home.
