Georgia Mae "Brenda" Briggs, 58, entered eternal rest at her residence on Friday, Sept. 11, 2020, in Hartford, Connecticut. She was born May 11, 1962, the daughter of Camillia "Bertha" Briggs and the late Pernell Briggs Sr.
