Millses celebrate 50 years of marriage

Mr. and Mrs. Woody Mills Jr., of Sumter, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, Jan. 11, 2019.

A family luncheon was given in their honor on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2019, at Olive Garden, Columbia, by their daughters, Sandi Mills Dixon of Sumter and Sheri Mills Martin of Rock Hill, and Mrs. Mills' sister, Sue Dacus of Simpsonville.

The couple has five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Mills is the former Margaret "Jean" Gross of Columbia.
