Norbert Tomlin, 60, died on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia.
Born in Clarendon County, he was a son of the late Isham and Dora Davis Tomlin.
The family will receive friends at the home of Wilbert Tomlin, 5060 Joe Billy Road, Gable, SC 29051.
