Rena Dinkins Stuckey, 86, entered eternal rest on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, at Palmetto Health Tuomey.

Born on March 26, 1932, in Sumter County, she was a daughter of the late Willie and Cornelia Parker Dinkins.

There are many special people in her life that are left to cherish her memories: one sister, Rebecca Woolridge of Evanston, Illinois; one brother, Henson (Joyce) Dinkins of Sumter; two daughters, Jeannie S. Williams of Bishopville and Wilhelmina (Jimmie) Wactor of Dalzell; one son, Jimmie Lee (Belice) Stuckey of College Park, Georgia; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 296 St. Phillips Road, Dalzell.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday at New Haven United Methodist Church, 3159 Red Hill Road, Bishopville, with the Rev. Blondell S. Miller, pastor, eulogist.

The remains will be placed in the church at 11 a.m.

The funeral procession will leave at 11:20 a.m. from the home.

Burial will be at Springhill United Methodist Church Cemetery, 446 Lloyd Road, Rembert.

These services have been entrusted to the management and staff of Williams Funeral Home Inc., 821 N. Main St., Sumter.
