Sumter SPCA's Flicker is a cuddle bug

Flicker is a 2-year-old tricolored male beagle mix. He is an extremely friendly and loving boy who is active and playful. Flicker adores playing with toys and being given love and affection. He is a big cuddle bug who seeks out any and all attention. Unfortunately, Flicker has been diagnosed with heartworm disease.
