Sumter Today: A Millwood Elementary School teacher brings a unique routine to her kindergarten classroom

Tiffani Kruger is a kindergarten teacher at Millwood Elementary School, and she incorporated a unique idea into her own classroom after hearing about its success in other districts. She heard about the viral videos of teachers who memorize a unique handshake for every single kid in their class and decided to use the idea. She said having a different handshake with each student that they made up makes them feel special and excited to come to school each morning.
