Sumter school board to meet virtually on Monday

Given social distancing, Sumter School District's Board of Trustees will have its second consecutive virtual monthly board meeting on Monday night.

A district staff member posted the agenda online for the public and media near the end of the week.

The trustees' meeting will start at 6 p.m., and financial reports and board committees' reports highlight the agenda.

Since meetings are closed to the public amid the pandemic, all people who want to attend virtually may do so via YouTube Sumter School District Board Meeting and the district's Facebook page, @SumterSCSchools.
