No injuries reported after Sumter police respond to shooting in Crosswell area

Sumter Police Department responded to a shooting in the Crosswell area on Wednesday morning. 

Tonyia McGirt, public information officer with the police department, said officers responded to a shots-fired call before 7:15 a.m. 

Besides property damage, there were no injuries reported, McGirt said.
