SAM F. ELLEBY

Sam F. Elleby, 81, widower of Alene Stevens Elleby and son of the late James Elleby and Anna Dewitt Elleby, was born on Sept. 11, 1943, in Columbus County, N.C. He departed this life on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter.

Family will receive friends at the home of his sister-in-law, Rita B. Stevens, 5045 Camden Hwy., Dalzell, daily from 4 to 8 p.m.

Job’s Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
